On the occasion of the 50th death anniversary of Rashtra Sant Tukdoji Maharaj, Shri Gurudev Seva Mandal, Pune organized various programs at Dnyaneshwari Mangal Karyalaya, Kalewadi. The event was presided over by former Chairman of the Remaining Legal Development Board, Ulhasdada Pawar, while the chief guests included educationists Kailasji Bavle, Suresh Nadhe Patil, and H.B.P. Katholeda. The program began with a devotional kirtan by H.B.P. Bhagwat Maharaj Salunkhe. Individuals who have made remarkable contributions in various fields were honored. This included a special tribute to Lieutenant General Rajendraji Nimbhorkar for his significant role in the “Surgical Strike” and Honorary Lieutenant Sunilji Dobal for his contributions to the security of the United Nations Secretary. Additionally, Mr. Vinayakrao Bhongale (entrepreneur), Kavitatai Kadu Patil (education), and Arunji Ingale (construction professional) were felicitated. The event also included the recitation of the National Anthem and Gramgeeta to honor the dignitaries. The kirtan by Maharaj, Ulhasdada’s insightful discourse on Gramgeeta, and the story of the Surgical Strike provided the audience with an extraordinary experience.
On the occasion of its monumental Golden Jubilee year, the Vidarbha Sahyog Mandal, Pune organized a grand Mahakaryatmak Samajodhyam festival. The event featured an impressive lineup of chief guests, dignitaries, and award recipients, along with various cultural, spiritual, and motivational programs. Highlights included the presentation of the prestigious Vidarbha Bhushan, Aaputaki Bhushan, and Vidyarthi Bhushan awards, spiritual discourse, magic performances, sports demonstrations, and inspirational lectures. The festival celebrated Vidarbha’s rich social, cultural, literary, and community heritage with great enthusiasm and public participation.
Today, the annual general meeting of the Vidarbha Sahyog Mandal was held in accordance with COVID regulations. On this occasion, the Mandal’s President, Dr. Digambar Ingole, handed over the first cheque of ₹1,00,000 to the Mandal for the student scholarship scheme. Renowned human rights activist Adv. Asim Sarode provided guidance during the event. Mrs. Dipali Dhanokar was felicitated for her appointment to the Pune Divisional Railway Board.
Under the Vidarbha Sahyog Mandal’s Repayment Scholarship Scheme, the “Dr. Digambar Ingole Scholarship” was respectfully and ceremoniously awarded today to Master Chaitanya Arjun Kshirsagar, a meritorious student currently pursuing Aerospace Engineering, at Vidarbha Bhavan in the presence of the Mandal’s office-bearers and other dignitaries. This scholarship is being awarded to meritorious students for professional courses. Through this initiative, students will receive substantial support for a bright future.

On May 1, 2025, on the occasion of Maharashtra Day and Labour Day, a grand karaoke singing program titled “Chaitra Sur Sangam” was organized — a delightful evening of melodious Hindi and Marathi film songs. All artists, writers, singers, and child participants from Vidarbha presented one beautiful song after another. Special appreciation goes to revered poet Raj Wankhade Ji, who gave wonderful introductions to each singer’s performance. The contribution of every artist truly deserves praise. The program was memorable for everyone. All participants arrived on time, performed their songs in sequence without any confusion or rush, and their presentations were so captivating that one wished to keep listening. Due to time constraints, a few “once more” requests couldn’t be accommodated. Heartfelt congratulations and respect to the respected organizer, Wankhade Sir, for his vision, enthusiasm, and sweet-spoken nature that could put even the youth to shame. Thanks to all the dignitaries, guests, photographers, laptop coordinators, and fellow participants who made this event a success.
