Principal Dr. Neeraj Vyavahare received the Academic Leadership Award.

Pimpri, Tal. 5: Dr. Neeraj Vyavahare, Principal of Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Akurdi, has been honored with the  "Maharashtra Award for Academic Leadership 2025."This award recognizes his significant contributions in various areas of education, including modern teaching systems, research, development of employable students, value-added education, social responsibility through education, and sustainable development. The award was presented by the Maharashtra Think Tank and handed over by the Minister of Higher and Technical Education, Chandrakant Patil.Dr. Vyavahare has around 25 years of experience in the education sector and has been serving as Principal for approximately 13 years. In addition, he currently serves as the Chairperson of the Pharmacology Study Board at Savitribai Phule Pune University and is a member of the University’s Academic Council.
