Shape children’s careers by recognizing their potential.

Shyam Raut: Felicitation of Students by Vidarbha Sahayog MandalPimpri, 29th – “Do not compare your children with others. Shape their careers by recognizing their potential and interests. While guiding their careers, also help them become responsible citizens of the country,” advised Shyam Raut, former State Coordinator of the Academic Research and Training Council.The Vidarbha Sahayog Mandal in Nigdi organized a felicitation ceremony for students, where he was speaking. Special felicitation was given to Dipali Mankar, Vilas Wankhade, Kishor Pawar, and Dr. Jyoti Ingole. Also present were Dr. Neeraj Vyavahare, Principal of D.Y. Patil College of Pharmacy, Akurdi; Dr. Gunwant Chikhlikar; Sanjay Wadtkar from TCS; former Deputy Mayor Shailaja More; Dr. Om Dhote; Dr. D.L. Ingole, President of Vidarbha Mandal; and Working President Shaligram Tayde.Raut stated, “There are 555 academic courses available in our country. Around 1,000 entrance exams are conducted, and the government provides 1,200 scholarships. Every year, 1.7 million students appear for JEE, but only 17,000 seats are filled. There are plenty of opportunities for careers, but students do not focus on these courses. Nowadays, tuition classes are misleading.”For the success of the program, the efforts were taken by Dr. Digambar Ingole (President), Shaligram Tayde (Working President), Arun Ingle (Secretary), Sunil Raut (Joint Secretary), Dilip A.N. Deshmukh, Sarangdhar Palhade (both Vice Presidents), Hemant Jiddewar (Treasurer), Rajesh Bhad, Devidas Adhe, Kalpana Tijare, Shivaji Ghode, Amol Palhade, and Gnaneshwar Gavande (all Executive Committee members). The introduction was given by Arun Ingle, the event was conducted by Rajesh Bhad, and the vote of thanks was given by Shivaji Ghode.
